Boasting three floors, four bedrooms, and professional interior design work, this newly-constructed luxury home is perfect for a large family or group of friends.

The main level of the home features a glimmering kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a center island, quartz countertops, and turquoise accents. When mealtime rolls around, gather around the cozy dining table for a family-style meal. After eating, kick your feet up and stream your favorite TV shows in the sunny living room, all while being warmed by the heat of the electric fireplace. Also on the main level of the home, you'll discover a separate laundry room and a primary en suite bedroom.

The upper level of the home features two bedrooms, equally bright and airy with their soft touches of nautical decor, private TVs, and plush linens.

Great Vacation Getaway

This home is very Beautiful, and well equipped. Rooms are big then the pictures show and there is ample space. Kitchen is well equipped and have all your modern conveniences. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. If you're looking for outdoor fun this home is perfect, with a Hot tub, outdoor seating, outside bar or just a game of cornhole you will be pleased. Would definitely book again worth the money.

Amazing property

We had a wonderful family trip with 9 people! The house is a perfect place to spread out in many spaces but also be together! It’s gorgeous, has new decor and linens. We did have to buy our own hand soap for the sinks, trashbags, and dishwasher detergent, which is probably normal but we didn’t anticipate. The outdoor seating area is ideal! The hot tub was great! We enjoyed every inch of the property. It does come equipped with a medium sized cooler, 6 beach chairs, a beach buggy and camping chairs as well, which we did not expect. We also didn’t realize til later that the downstairs game room has a pull out couch for a bed. Not sure the size, but the house does have extra linens. Everything was clean neat and like new! We were very impressed!! It was within biking distance of the 5th street public beach access and very close to the sound, which was perfect for seeing the sunset. We highly recommend this place and we will come again!

Beautiful home in Kitty Hawk

Beautiful brand new home perfect for families or adults. This house has everything you need for a great beach vaca. Fenced yard perfect to let loose in with a hot tub under a roof to enjoy in all weather types. Close to the beach and shopping- that is easier to drive to then walk.

Local property manager totally unresponsive

The house was beautiful but the internet did not work, which meant a house full of people with no phones or tv. We repeatedly contacted the local property manager who couldn’t care less and did nothing to help us. We left one day early and cut our vacation short out of frustration. I have spent 3 weeks calling to speak to someone and zero response. Not happy at all with Vacasa’s service.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and well stocked. The jacuzzi was phenomenal. We had 2 major complaints throughout our stay that was not rectified while we were there. 1) the dishwasher did not work; 2) the internet did not work.
