Just Okay…lots to be desired
There were some issues with the property that while out of the control of the owners (because this is not managed by a person but a management company) put a bad feel on this one for us. In this review I will not hold that against them though.Positives: great relative location, full appliance and cookware stocked kitchen, nice neighborhood and strong WiFi, pet friendly.Negatives: only able to communicate with management staff during 9-5 hours, some animal hair tumbleweeds, soiled sheets, almost complete lack of any standard needs in the unit, poor water pressure in highest shower (made it unusable). Probably the worst thing is considering how much we had to buy to make the week functional. Only one set of towels/guest. Manual trash services where you had to drive to dumpster, and no privacy (people walk right by your doorI generally base a lot of my reviews on the jump in and start relaxing quotient. This was not really there for me. Had to buy paper towels, TP (each bathroom supplied one roll of single ply), salt and pepper (they had shakers with nothing in them), laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, basic alum foil and seran wrap.Now I get it, some places make you do this. This was not the case from the get go though. The math doesn’t math: one set of towels per guest for a week. 3 packs of laundry detergent. This doesn’t work. Big kitchen for cooking…3 packs of dishwasher packs. Not even replacement trash bags. Make sure you budget for these items.
