Staff support was definitely lacking. I brought up an issue to the front staff only to be told that no solutions could be offered, as I insisted, I was told that the solution would be in the form of an upgrade at my cost. I inquired how much, as the issue was a large one, and was told that someone would get in touch with me regarding the issue and upgrade cost. NO ONE did!!! I stayed there for an extended period of time yet no care, no consern, no service was offered. As well, I booked and paid for ahead of time for a three double bed room, and received two double bed and a single rolling cot that gave me SEVERE BACK PAIN. I have overpaid, knowing that I had at least expected a decent service and what I paid for, but I never receive that. Will never stay there again and do not recommend.

My biggest issue was with the housekeeping. They don’t change your sheets, all they do is give you new towels and maybe once every 10 days they’ll clean the room fully. I had a jar of lotion on my bed w d they told me they wouldn’t be able to change my sheets because I had things on my bed, meanwhile my friend in another room, she had some stuff on her bed and relocated this to her suitcase…THEN I told the staff, and the guy came the next day as I was walking to get breakfast, I came back in the room and said all I need you to do is change the sheets…he ran out the room mind you (there was also an for from him) the front desk told me I had to leave my room so he can finish…crazy…I spent time in a different part of Japan, and did not have these experiences

Impressed with the layout of their room. A washer and microwave is very convenient. The toilet seat and even the bathroom mirror was heated and the do not disturb sign is magnetic and sticks to the door. The neighbor hood is quiet but close to transit and shopping areas.

The room had a good view over the area. It was practical and a decent size for the area and type of hotel. There are tons of restaurants and shops near the hotel and great links to Haneda airport. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
