Very Nice Stay

We were at the Palm Tree house for almost 3 weeks. Location is great and convenient to shopping, beach, highway. We had a couple of issues the first few days and the Property Manager was extremely responsive and handled everything to resolution. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. Our dog was very comfy there, too! We will be back!

Great Rental!

Check in/check out was very simple, they send you info the day before. No ridiculous demands about cleaning etc. Take out trash, wash any used dishes, strip used linens and pile with used towels. Super easy. The host also sent a text with their contact info. There was a little binder with some good info about places to eat etc. That was nice! More info about public beach access from a 'local' would have been helpful. We were limited since we had our dog, so it was easy to find the dog beach info online. I imagine if we hadn't had the dog, finding the closest public access would have been more difficult. The rental was very clean and well equipped. The towels didn't match, but I really don't see why that is an issue. Due to a recent review, we did check thoroughly for any evidence of bugs - we saw one centipede the entire trip and none during our initial search. I can only imagine it may have been people who have never been to FL where there are bugs everywhere. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the lack of bugs in the house/yard (I lived in FL for many years, there are and will always be bugs lol). The location was great, very easy to get everywhere we needed to go. If/when we are in the area next, we will definitely use this host again.

Towels and bedding sheets

Towels: There were only 6 bath towels all of which were different color and some with a texture of sand paper and stained for which we took pictures, 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloth which were in the same condition. Dirty sheets, unfolded all bunch up were in the 2 bedroom which were not washed and smelled. We had to go to Marshall to buy towels and pillowcases. There are bed bugs which bite me and my husband’s leg and body. We took pictures of all. Some of the kitchen items had rust. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom was cleaned but the sofa, towels, sheets were not for which overall made us feel uncomfortable. The host charges a fee of $$$ therefore should keep property decent especially towels, sheets which you can find dirt cheap in Walmart.

Short stay before the new house was ready

We needed a short stay since our new house wasn’t ready for us on time after we sold the old one . Great location to begin with. We felt very comfortable here . Enough room for a family ( we had 2 kids ) , quiet neighborhood. Place is very clean , washer/dryer is a huge “+”. Little backyard for nice outdoor evening., plenty of storage if you need .

A short getaway weekend

Me and my friends wanted to get away for the weekend and this location was the perfect getaway not too far from where we live. The host was amazing! Great communication and allowed us to checkin a little early and checkout a little late which was perfect as the storms rolling through messed up our plans. The house was super clean with some very comfy beds and a kitchen that was fully stocked. The house is located in a very calm neighborhood that is a short drive to Publix and the Beach. Next time I want to stay in the area I’ll definitely be booking the house again!

The place was simply amazing, amazingly clean, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. The place was close to the beaches and shopping and plenty of restaurants. The host/owner left a folder with everything needed for the area, things to do and restaurants suggestions. We went to the Catch and it was amazing.
