Yuma, in housekeeping, had that room super clean. The young lady at the front desk, upon check-in, was simply lovely. They were kind especially to my little travel companion with dementia. They answered her questions with patience and gentleness. This was a minute off the highway with great parking for a moving van.

The first room that they gave us the beds were not made the dirty liens were stacked up in the corner.went back to the front desk and she told me this was the 5th time today this happened and with the late arrival 11pm she had no other two bed rooms left so she gave me an upgraded room for the same price.

All spaces were clean and bright. Room looked and felt fresh. All staff members we interacted with were smiling, pleasant, and courteous! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
