10/10. Lovely hotel! Stayed in a Superior King Suite (in February) at a very reasonable rate. Was on the top floor and had a view of the mountains. It was a lot closer to "Downtown" than I thought it would be. Much closer than a lot of other hotels. There was a keurig with comp coffee and tea, a microwave and a larger than average hotel fridge. All cleaning amenities (lotion, shampoo etc) were of good quality. The staff were exceptionally friendly. They also provide you with a comp bus pass to use anywhere in the town (even to the Gondola and Hot Springs) so you can leave your car and not have to worry about parking. Overally I had a great stay and highly recommended.

Stayed for one night for a quick weekend getaway. Staff at check in and check out were amazing, super friendly. Easy check in, room was ready early for us! Main areas are a little rundown but the rooms have been renovated. We had a huge bathroom, vaulted ceilings and the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept on. Really good location, walking distance to everything. Only downside is the property can be a but noisy, the rooms aren’t very soundproof and you can hear everyone in the hallway and at the ice machine.

Nice distance from all the restaurants and bars. Need to check in next door at Irwin's. Friendly staff but they come for cleaning at 9:30am. Room was clean, bathroom sink was very small.

Me and my partner stayed here for 7 days for our first trip to Alberta and we can honestly say we were so happy and pleased with this hotel during our visit. For starters the hotel was extremely clean, and their house keeping services were in daily always making sure we had everything we needed; providing us with fresh linens/towels, making the bed etc; also the hotel prices are great! Not to mention they also have a hot tub which was just an extra bonus. We would definitely recommend this place & will be back!!

Good older hotel in great location

Location is excellent. Room is spacious. Water pressure was amazing. My only complaint - NO CLOSET, and only 2 awkwardly placed hooks on the wall. There is plenty on wall space to add hooks.

Room looked like it was renovated and was very pleasant. The rest of the hotel looks a bit dated and the doors to the back of the parking lot were always open to whoever and whenever which raises a potential security issue. Also we didn't know we had to check into the hotel next door so we had to haul our luggage from hotel to hotel which is a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that loved the underground parking and whenever we needed anything the staff readily assist us.

I don’t know if it was an accident or intentional but the heating would just randomly go off and on. I slept in my clothes one night and then the next night turned the AC on as it was a sauna in the room but then around 4am it switched back to freezing cold.

Great value without sacrificing quality

Overall great stay. Some minor issues with the bed, it was comfortable but one side was sagging and if you tried to sit on it you might slip off. The bathroom vanity area had a corner broken but not a huge deal. Also hottub had far too much chlorine, I started coughing from the fumes the moment I got in and smelled of chlorine even after multiple showers. Staff were so attentive and helpful. Great value.

Check in/ front desk is at the adjoining property, so no one in house in case of an emergency. Felt a bit unsafe, but outer doors required room key to get into building after hours, so I guess it was safe
