We booked the hotel based on having a hot tub after a cool evening outside. It wasn’t noted anywhere that the hot tub was closed. We didn’t get a chance to use it due to it being closed. The TV didn’t work in our room

wish they had a bigger fridge, or offered a microwave for our food. Or even a breakfast option, little to no garbage cans. Limited options for the price we paid. Disappointed in our stay and we frequent hotels all over Canada.

238 room loft - don’t stay
I don’t even know where to begin with this, my daughter and I stayed in the loft room and it was about 10 o’clock at night and we could feel the bed shaking right as we’re about to go to sleep.. she could hear scratches on the bed and there was pulling at the bottom of our blankets. I turned the light back on and nothing…. turn the lights back off and all of a sudden the bed started shaking super hard and it felt like something was crawling up the bed tugging at the blankets both her and I were laying there stiff. It definitely wasn’t a good presence at all this happened for an hour and at 11 o’clock we packed up our stuff and took off. No staff was at the front desk so we couldn’t even get a new room. Joe would I have wanted to at that point
