I am very happy that an employee let us check in earlier. Service is good. The only negative thing I have to say is it was pretty noisy during the night. I heard people yelling in the hallways past midnight and they woke me up.

They do not care about providing good service or solving problems. They mishandled my booking through Expedía and locked us out of our room the night before check out and then they could not find our reservation even though we were there since 5 days prior.
