"I am more upset with Expedia! You wrote “relax on complimentary lounger under beach umbrellas “ and shows a picture of lots of chairs and umbrellas! Those chairs and umbrellas were $69 a day! I probably would have chosen another hotel."

"I have been staying at the Marriot Jacksonville Beach many times during the year for over 10 years. This time was a little different. The front desk was hardly ever staffed, which was an odd change. Also, we were charged $150 for a pet fee although our dog is a service dog?? This has never happened ..."
