The location is great for beach access and walking to dinner and entertainment. The only issue I had was with the coffee maker. It was a Keurig unit with a standard Keurig machine on one side, and a Mr. Coffee style drip unit on the other side. We didn't bring any pods, so we used the drip unit side. The trouble was that none of the lid fittings seemed to work with the foot valve on the filter unit. The only way we found to make it work was to push the carafe part way in so that it pushed up on the foot valve. Very strange. Keurig needs to go back to the drawing board on that one.

Amenities were excellent. Location also excellent.Would definitely stay here again. Assigned parking by condo unit was problematic in that our assigned spot was not real accommodating for a large vehicle like an F 150.

This wonderful condo truly deserves its excellent rating! Responses from the management team were prompt and helpful. The living space was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The location couldn't have been better, with spectacular sunrises over the ocean every morning. We highly recommend this unit and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo is very nice, recently renovated, and comfy. It has wonderful views of the ocean, and many doors and windows to let the sea breeze blow through. The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances, and cookware - including a stand mixer!The downtown area is comfortable walk or short drive andis filled with restaurants and quaint shops.We had one issue when we first arrived and the host resolved it immediately.It was a great visit and I'll happily stay here again.

The rental was spotless and up-to-date. They had so many extras, such as beach items for our use. It was right on the beach and the condo was so bright and beautiful! The host was amazing. We had a personal issue at the last minute and they were so gracious and kind to work with us to solve the problem. They were very communicative about check in/out and gave us lots of information about local spots to visit. I will definitely visit again.

This condo was outstanding! The name should be Beach “Heaven” because it was like we were in the most perfect, most beautiful, most clean, most Bright and Airy place on earth! We were right on the beach, could see every wave and counted dozens and dozens of dolphins from our balcony. The clouds even were spectacular! Wonderful condo

We enjoyed our stay in Fernandina Beach. Granted, we were there for a wedding where the reception was held at the Sandbar which the condo overlooks, so the location was perfect for that. It is close to parks, and the greenway walking/cycling trails. It is a short drive to amenities like grocery stores and such. The condo itself is well laid out, well equipped, and updated and tastefully decorated. The only negative was the noise from the Sandbar's a/c equipment, but it wasn't too loud to drown out the sound of the ocean. Highly recommend.

Perfect anniversary getaway

My husband and I wanted a beach getaway for our anniversary and this lovely condo right on the beach was perfect! It is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and ocean views everywhere. We loved having our coffee on the deck every morning while we watched the sun rise. The unit is extremely well stocked and had everything we needed and more! We loved walking the beach everyday and we appreciated the beach towels, umbrella, and chairs. The location was great, we could walk to some restaurants and had a short drive to many others. We would definitely stay here again!

Ladies week

Three of us (coworkers) decided to take a short trip together & agreed on Amelia Island. This listing was exactly as described, easy understandably/access; super great beach location/access. My only feedback: not sitting on the deck Adirondack chairs as each were really dirty & also too big for the area. But that was not a big deal overall. Beds/couch super comfy; kitchen had good tools and bathrooms great.Loved the place & the location!

Great location

Great location. Classy and spacious! Plenty of everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Well stocked kitchen. A keyless entry would be nice. I was concerned about the restaurant on one side of the balcony. It was not a problem as there was plenty ocean view looking to the right and out the windows! A great vacation!

Love Terraces!
