Welcome to “Beach Daze”…Relax and be mesmerized by the gorgeous oceanfront views from this recently updated and freshly painted fifth floor condo while listening to the melodious sounds of waves crashing and the smell of the salt air!

Relax and enjoy the amazing upper floor views of the ocean, spacious oceanfront pool, the white sandy beaches of Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island and the fishing pier from the oceanfront balcony!

This wonderfully furnished condo features two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The oceanside master bedroom suite boasts breathtaking ocean views and hosts a comfortable king bed with luxurious linens for comfort and a mounted flat screen Smart tv with an enlarged master bathroom en suite, double vanity sinks and extra storage area.

The second bedroom has two double beds for the children or other guests. There is also a mounted flat screen Smart tv and ample storage space for your vacation items as well.

This beautiful condo boasts ocean views from the kitchen, dining, and living room! The living room is newly furnished with ample seating AND a pullout Queen sofa as well as a Smart tv for all your streaming or cable needs!

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed for either a quick meal prep or a full course meal. The dining/breakfast bar area is set up with a newly furnished bar height dining table with seating for six and a bar height bench which will seat two comfortably for that casual meal after a beautiful day at the beach!

A stackable washer/dryer is located in the entryway hall for guest use which makes traveling and packing much easier!

At “Beach Daze”, we want our guests to relax and not stress about the “little things”, so we provide plush bath and beach towels, starter toiletry items of soap and shampoo/conditioner for guest use as well as basic cleaning supplies.

Whether you choose to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and pool area, make use of the grilling/picnic area, or play some tennis…we look forward to you making years of memories at our “Beach Daze” condo at Amelia by the Sea!

**Please note: Beginning mid-March 2025 through early 2026 there will be exterior concrete work on the East/West side of the building and balconies as well as painting in accordance with the Florida Milestone Inspection** Rates have been adjusted to reflect the construction.

Very functional unit with a great view. The den and kitchen areas had everything we needed for food and entertainment. A few more pieces of dishware would have been nice. The bathrooms are a bit dated with peeling in our ceiling and the tubs showing need for upgrades. My impaired adult daughter's wheelchair couldn't get into either tub/shower, so we had to walk her into the bath & shower. We all loved the view of the ocean and beach however(gorgeous)! Overall, it was quite a nice stay.

Great location for moms weekend away!

We had a great moms weekend getaway here—five friends on a girls trip—and this spot worked really well for us. The beachfront view was beautiful, and we loved having easy access to the beach, a private pier, and the pool. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were especially comfortable, and we felt right at home.We did have one minor issue when the shower backed up on our first morning, but the owner responded quickly and had it resolved right away.That said, the condition of the building was a bit concerning. It’s clearly an older property, and while some wear is expected near the ocean, there were areas that felt unsafe—railings were eroded with sharp, exposed metal, and some walkways had jacks in place to support the structure. It did look like repairs were underway, which was reassuring, but it was hard to ignore.The condo is in a great location, right across the street from a restaurant with good food and live music every night. Parking was a little tight, and one night we had to park in the grass due to construction work, but it wasn’t a major issue.Overall, we really enjoyed the unit and our time together, but the current state of the building might keep us from returning unless the structural repairs are completed. That said, we understand this may be typical for older beachfront properties dealing with saltwater exposure. If the work is finished, I’d definitely consider coming back.

Amazing and relaxing stay with a view!

This is hands down the best and most relaxing place we have stayed! It is a quaint and quiet condominium which we like! We enjoyed watching the sun rise. The view is absolutely breathtaking! The pool was clean and the beach was easy to access and not crowded. The condo was exactly as pictured! We can’t wait to come back!

Great Location

The property was good. There were a few things to be aware of. Beds are very soft. There need to be some updates to cabinets and bathroom fixtures - but all worked well and we had plenty of hot water. LVT floors were exceptionally clean. Need a few more pieces of silverware in the kitchen if you have more than 4 people eating more than one meal a day. Pool at the complex is large. They need a few more umbrellas but chairs appear to be new. Not on a crowded part of the beach. Need 2 more curtain panels to cover windows and door to deck (unusable while we were there due to renovations). Music at Surf restaurant across the street is loud but ends about 930 each night. Nice selection of music. Need a few nonstick pans to use for breakfast. Oven is slow to preheat but cooks well. Only 4 ice trays in the freezer. No ice maker. The building has obviously been there a while. The complex should invest in something other than grocery carts for moving things up/down to the apartments. Most carts were so rickety they had to be held up when you pushed the cart. Den sofas are firm and great to sit on. It would help to leave instructions about TV operation. It is convenient and clean, but as I said earlier, needs a few updates. We would probably stay here again.

Great views and a great location!

Wonderful fall vacation!

This unit was just as described, beautiful, clean and had an awesome ocean front view of the Atlantic Ocean! Check in was easy. Had an unusual problem due to the torrential rain that happened the afternoon we checked in. Amy quickly got the property maintenance man to resolve it. We got to view the full moon rising over the waves one night. We found a handful of sharks teeth and unusual shells throughout the week. We dined at a different restaurant every night and there were countless others to try. All in all it was amazing! Thanks for a great week Amy!

Great Location!

The two bedroom/two bathroom set up was perfect for our group. Kids at one end of condo and adults on the other end of condo facing the beach. Loved all the counter space and drawers in the Master bathroom with lots of drawers in Master bedroom. Lots of kitchen cabinets. Renovated pool was nice and big. And the beach was just a few steps away. Historic district is a short drive where you’ll find an abundance of quaint shops, cool bars, and yummy restaurants.

This condo was very clean! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. The only thing we needed was more ice, as the ice machine is not functioning and there are only 4 ice trays. So make sure you bring a bag of ice! Other than that, our visit was perfect!

Nice condo, beautiful view

This two bedroom condo was very clean and had plenty of space to spread out. The large balcony had rocking chairs and a table and four chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with anything you might need. Communication with the property manager was very easy, and questions were promptly answered. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.
