"At check-in we were told our room would be serviced every other day.. Ok. Stayed three nights, room never serviced. Called the front desk to and the person said they’d check with their manager about why the room wasn’t serviced. Who cares, just offer to bring towels. Had to ask for them, Shouldn’t there be training for this situation?? Definitely need the earplugs they put in the room if your room faces the bars. Downtown Gainesville can be loud and they party late. Also no waters in the room?? $5 in the lobby. The bar is good, so is the coffee in the lobby. The breakfast is meh. The staff was nice and helpful…except when we had a problem. We’ve stayed here before since we have a kid at UF, just wish we wanted to stay here again. "

"Well appointed, clean , nice rental close to downtown and restaurants, Silver Springs, and other attractions, Nice kitchen, modern AC. Would use them again."

"When we arrived, we found out that the hosts lived on site. We were unaware of this. The description at the time of booking did not specify that the hosts were on one side of the house and the guests would be on the other side. We did not stay at the property because of the lack of privacy. We had to find other accommodations, which was an inconvenience. Now, we see the description has been updated to include this information. We feel we were mislead about the house we were renting. The hosts told us that they were going to refund half of the money and to date we have not seen the money. This has been a very disappointing experience. "
