I cannot give this experience less than 5 stars, and here’s why. From the start, the property manager was very responsive and remained that way throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were effortless. The apartment was clean, and well-organized, and included thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable than expected. For example, there was a baby crib/playpen. Although I didn’t travel with a baby, my 4-year-old—who is on the smaller side due to being born very prematurely—slept comfortably in it. A foam topper was also provided for the air mattresses, which helped my very particular 8-year-old sleep soundly. I even fell asleep on one because it was surprisingly comfortable! There were more than enough supplies: paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, pillows, utensils, laundry detergent—you name it. I never got the impression the host was cutting corners. I appreciated having two bathrooms, especially when more than one person needed to go at the same time. The balcony being accessible from both the main bedroom and the living room was a nice touch. The area was very quiet, especially at night. We only stayed two nights, so I can’t speak to what summer is like, but that doesn’t affect my rating. The internet was briefly down due to an area-wide outage, but the host stayed responsive about that too. We will be back and hopefully in unit 10!Our transit passenger van was easy to maneuver in the parking lot, and parking was easily accessible to and from.
