We have stayed here many times. The rooms are a great size. Could do with a little update to match thr other renovated Outiggers un Waikiki and i believe renovations are just underway. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. All rooms are air-conditioned and all rooms have a view of the ocean. Onsite restaurants are fabulous and offer a great variety. Pool service menu mimics Dukes bar and grill which is a great option if you cant get a table in the restaurant.

The programming for the elevators is horrible. We would have to wait for two and sometimes three elevators and other customers were as frustrated with the elevators as us. just go with normal programming.

The staff at this hotel are a bunch of kids with little to no knowledge of hospitality. They are liars with little education and training. We had to leave due to their horrible behavior. Go to the renaissance. This place should be shutdown. .
