The Space:

High above Waikiki, this penthouse-level condo offers something rare - a genuine sense of calm within one of Hawaii's most energetic neighborhoods. Mountain ridgelines stretch across the horizon from your private lanai, the city settled quietly below, while trade winds drift through the sliding door and soften the afternoon heat. Whether you're here for a few days or settling in for a longer stay, the pace here is yours to set.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, creating a quiet, enclosed retreat with a king-size bed, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades for restful sleep. The living area accommodates additional guests with a queen-size sleeper sofa, giving the condo comfortable capacity for up to 4 guests total. Extra pillows, blankets, and linens are provided throughout.



Bathroom

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and vanity, with bathroom essentials provided for your convenience.



Living space

A Samsung Smart TV, coffee table, and comfortable seating make the living room an easy place to decompress after a day exploring the neighborhood. A window AC unit and ceiling fan keep the air moving, and the views toward the mountains and golf course give the room a sense of openness that stays with you. When the sliding door is open, the lanai and living space feel like one.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with GE appliances and the basics you need to put a meal together - whether that's a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or a proper dinner in. Four bar stools at the dining counter give everyone a place to gather, and standard cookware and cooking essentials are on hand for both short trips and extended stays.



Outdoor living

Your private lanai is furnished for sitting and taking in the mountain backdrop at any hour. Shared BBQ grills and outdoor dining areas are also available for guests who want to cook and eat outside.



Building amenities

Free garage parking, elevator access, and onsite laundry rooms are included. The building also has a coffee shop, convenience store, and coin machines for day-to-day ease. A dedicated workspace sits in a separate room with a door - useful if you need to work without interruption. Beach essentials are provided for your time by the water, and self check-in via keypad means arrival is smooth and on your schedule. The building's heated pool, hot tubs, and sauna are shared amenities available to guests. A recreation deck rounds out the building's shared facilities.
