We have stayed here for years before our early flights out of KC, so clean and staff is wonderful, they even helped another couple clear off the ice from their car during the ice storm Jan 2025. That’s why we keep going back because the staff is eonderful

It was however it blew cold air everytime it kicked on during the night until it warmed up. There was good customer service except that we were not told that our breakfast tickets were inside the envelope that held thecroom keys.

We came from out of town to see a concert at this casino. Hotel staff were excellent. Around 6 or 7 different restaurants to choose from. And lot of things to do. We plan on doing it again in May

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was under renovation, which I wish I had known before I booked. I saw that there had been black mold on the walls where plastic was hung up to semi block off hallways. I’m assuming that was at least part of the reason for the renovations
