The water tank of the portable dehumidifier is full with mole growing in the water. Apparently it has not been cleaned for days. It is a health hazard for some people.

Cleaniness was not up to par

The hotel was good and the breakfast was delicious. The bedding was not up to par, sheets underneath the top layer sheets were stained, a layer of blood and dirty. This was found on the last day of our stay and we quickly informed the front desk as we departed from our last stay at the hotel. It was not a good experience to know that our two night stay bedding was not throughly cleaned.

Pictures look a lot better than actual property. Building has an odor to it- really considered getting a refund due to these reasons but I checked in pretty late. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay.

Never Best Western Again Ever

Check in was great . Front desk lady absolutely kind, professional and quick to respond to the disaster. Entering the room there were no towels or condiments for the bathroom. Reported it to the front desk agent and she handed all we needed. (Note: We had a business dinner and arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm). As I returned to the room my wife was very upset to the fact that the beds were dirty and sandy!!!! I felt them and indeed they were absolutely filthy. The kids had crawled in bed and complained about the sand! The kids in a dirty bed. Wow I looked around and realized that the trash was still in the room for the previous guest. Returned to the front desk and had to change rooms and re-register. Horrible situation that should never ever happen. Especially with the unknown health conditions. After the move from one room to the other we were finally in bed by 1:00am (We still had another night) We asked for the manager and the front desk agent said he will be there in the morning and she would bring him up to date. We of course he never contacted us. Shame on him. Poor management to the extreme. The next morning we were rushing around from the late check in disaster and I spilled coffee on the bed. It needed new bed sheets etc and mentioned it to the new front desk help. Her reply; it too late for that it must be requested by 9:00am.WOW. She would get someone up to help. DID NOT HAPPEN. We had to get and make our own bed. Never heard from the manager. Worthless
