"The staff at check-in were exceptionally friendly and helpful, it really made the entire process of check-in much less stressful. The room itself was spacious and very clean. We loved the location and proximity to all the airport had to offer, as well as how easy it was to get around. The hotel felt luxurious and comfortable."

"We had club lounge access and they didn’t have Coke Zero which is the only drink I drink apart from water. At breakfast there is no bread and no toast. As it is used by a lot of international travellers it wouldn’t be hard to supply these things. As a 5* it should definitely have a smart tv in the room, we had the choice of 7 Japanese channels. Could not get our Netflix account. It advertises as having a pool but you have to pay extra for that. Room was nice, clean with a nice bathroom. Fitted bed sheets need upgrading as rough and cheap feeling. "

"Laundry is too old fashion, should be washer and dryer in one machine with a locking PIN number. Room was clean. But no desk or chairs in the room, made it very hard to work on laptop etc. Also bathroom sink it so low like its designed just for children and not adults. No real cupboards or storage space in the room. "
