"Housekeeping staff was really nice. Our room key did not work the entire time (one week) we had to go to the front desk to have our key reactivated every night we came back from dinner. Front desk staff made it seem like we were doing something wrong. This was a big inconvience. When we asked to be moved they didnʻt have any same type rooms. Also, the night time activity there is not good. People always hanging out in the parking lot talking loud and arguing. Didnʻt feel safe at all. Need a grounds keeper need some TLC, the ground is sticky and dirty attracts flies and bugs. Will not stay there again. "

"You get what you pay for: The towel issue was an inconvenience- having to turn in all used towels to get a refreshed set; there was also an issue with hot water, so I got up two hours earlier at 430 am to have a warm shower. Night shower was cold; direct tv service didn’t work on my final night; lastly I saw a roach in my bathroom on my last day there. You get what you pay for. "

"restaurant was closed. pool was unusable. theres no water in the gym. staff didnt convey limited amenities until after check in, and wouldn’t offer compensation or refund. all we heard was “they were sorry, the hotel in under new management”. we booked this place for 10 days and had to suffer that long without any compensation or discount. very poor location."

"The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them. I contacted the property manager and he couldn’t fully speak English and directed me to go to the closet that housed more bath towels. I found them but they were dark and had holes in them along with the closet having wet shears hanging which smelled like mildew. I continued to ask for the property manager to contact me and til this day nobody has contacted me. The beds and the bedding was ok and clean. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest. "
