What I really like about this resort is its breathtaking view while you are enjoying the hot tub. Plus, this property is a bit located away from the city. Therefore, you can enjoy being in the nature. Although, Hidden Ridge is outside the town, the bus stop is located nearly.

Hidden Ridge is absolutely beautiful. I have stayed a handful of times in the past and back then would call it 5 stars. But this time around it seems like there was a decline in their cleanliness. There was a used contact lens case on the floor, dirty tissues beside the night table, black spots on the bathroom wall and something spilt on the kitchen floor. It certainly reduced our comfort so I hope they can get their housekeeping back up to the way it used to be .

It was great to have free transportation to downtown Banff by bus. The view is incredible. The cleanliness was not too great, there was soft drinks cans under the table next to the sofa. It's not renovated but we have all what we needed.
