"The location was spectacular. The bed was comfy. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was fine since it was off season. However, the way the rooms are set up is terrible. All the room doors face each other to a huge concrete commen area. It was so ridiculously loud inside our room, everything echoed, especially the cleaning staff making their rounds to the rooms. Also, we had a room with a adjoining door to another room with a huge gap at the bottom of the door and could hear EVERYthing that was happening next to us. Would not stay here again just for the noise issues."

"The attentive staff and valets, the continental breakfast and evening snack delivered to your door, and the attention to detail make this a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The restaurant, the beautiful art and the rooftop bar make this an extraordinary hotel. The location is perfect, close to the waterfront park, shops, restaurants and the Charleston Market, and it is just off the busy streets so you can pull up to check in with no trouble.
