Although the room was clean, it was obviously in disrepair. The towel rod over the bathroom counter came off. It was hard to find the lamp switches. Lighting was dim. There wasn’t enough toilet paper.

Too close to interstate. Heard traffic all night. Mattress unable to support body weight. Bathtub was very slippery like it had soap or cleaning residue. Internet pain to get connected but good enough once connected. Very convenient to interstate 12.

Mold in rooms

The lady at the front desk was wonderful, very energetic and helpful. She kept a great attitude while helping us with our room issues. We booked two rooms, one room was clean and smelled nice. The second room had mold growing on the bed sheets, couch, head boards, night stand and dresser. The room smelled awful. We were given a new room, this one also smelled of mold and had stained, dirty sheets. We were given a 3rd room, which looked clean and smelled nice. Almost every towel in both rooms had either stains or holes in them and all of the beddings had some sort of stains as well. The gym had 6 pieces of equipment but only 2 of them worked. The breakfast options were good however the bagels were old and stale. I would not recommend this hotel.

When I arrived at check in, the lady was very polite, but the lemon water tasted like soapy lemon water, even had bubbles. The bed was comfortable but there was no linens for the pull out sofa bed and when I asked the overnight front desk agent gave me a fitted sheet and a fleece blanket. When checking out we asked if we could have a late check out, I even offered to pay and she was very rude and stated. “No, everyone must be gone at 11” with an eye roll!
