"I checked into the room and it appeared to be clean. Clean sheets and towels, the floors appeared clean. I immediately saw a roach. Ok, one roach. But then another, and another and another and on and on. I was in the room for less than ten minutes. I went back to the front desk and quietly explained that I was checking out because of the infestation. The desk attendant apologized and offered another room. I politely declined. There was no offer for refund. I left. There is no excuse for this. They could spray and disinfect the building like everyone has to in Florida. It’s a state full of cockroaches and you need to manage it. This tells me they cut corners on the most basic necessities. Poor uneducated management. ."

"Spent a bit of time looking at different places on the island, and found this one has the atmosphere of a vacation spot worth looking into. Especially if you get rooms facing the pool or beach views! All the palm trees, flowering bushes, hammocks hanging in the trees, corn-hole boards, nice pool with bar and sun deck and just steps to the beach. Beautiful, keep up the good work!"
