Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
"Overall, we had a great stay, especially considering the price. We traveled as a family of five (2 adults and 3 kids) and felt we received good value for what we paid. We knew this wasn't a luxury resort, so our expectations were realistic. Pros: The resort is relatively small, making it easy to get around and find the pools, restaurants, and amenities. The restaurants were good overall, with a diverse menu. Sunset was our favorite. Customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The spa treatments were fantastic and well worth it. Cons: Our suite flooded during a heavy rainstorm, but the staff responded quickly and resolved the issue. There is only one main pool and a smaller pool by the kids' area. The kids' club was underwhelming compared to other resorts we've visited. Snacks or meals for the kids during activities would have been a nice addition. We visited during a period of heavy sargassum, so we barely got to enjoy the beach, although that's beyond the resort's control. The buffet became repetitive after a few days, with only minor changes at dinner. The VIP lounge was very small, with just a foosball table and pool table. The premium drinks were the main benefit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt it offered good value for the price. If you're looking for an affordable, family-friendly all-inclusive, this is a solid choice. If you're expecting a luxury resort experience, this probably isn't the right fit."
