We called to make sure checking in late at night wasn’t an issue, and upon arrival we were waiting at the front desk for service and a women stumbled from the parking lot with another man drinking beers and was VERY rude saying she was right there to help us, not hi be right with you, but a hey idiots I’m right here, although the receptionist was outside stumbling around looking as drunk as the bartender she was hanging out with. Then we were told the room we booked and confirmed 30 minutes prior to arrival was not avaliable and no compensation for the $25 we paid extra for a king bed. She seemed like she wasn’t going to help us at all so we decided to cut our losses and accept any room she could click and find for us. The bedroom pillows looked like someone rubbed them on the ground outside and then threw them on the bed. We weren’t expecting much from this place but I wouldn’t stay here again if my life depended on it. Worst $100 I’ve ever spent. Might I suggest the staff isn’t drinking beers out front when guests arrive. Might make for a better and cleaner run place.

The outside of the property is uninviting, there is no greenery, flowers, art or anything appealing. There are many missing lights making it feel unsafe to park and enter the other non-front doors

The good things first: The room was very quiet and the TV worked. The bathroom was clean. But there are serious issues. My room key did not work and the staff could not find a way to make things right. I could not leave my room and get back in myself. In 24 hours they did not fix it. The back entrance locking door was smashed and did not lock, the door bar was missing so anyone could walk into the hotel. There is a vast sea of parking lot around the building with no effort (or little) made to make it attractive. Many lights in the parking lot were out, I felt unsafe. parking after dark and getting to the entrance.

Walking up the stairs to our room felt like you were at a budget hotel in a 3rd world country. We walked into our room and there were dirty towels on the floor. The ac fan has to be running at all times so you don’t smell the moldy ceilings. The bathroom ceiling had black mold. I did not see any bedbugs but we got bit while we slept. The pool and hot tubs looked beautiful but upon closer inspection were so dirty with a thick layer of bubbly slime covering both. This property has some potential with the pool, indoor playground area and dining lodge looking area but was just so unkept and unsafe. The two staff we met though were absolutely lovely and extremely kind.

Indoor play area was great for our son. Ping pong, shuffleboard and playground. Pool was to cold to swim in. Breakfast was normal hotel fair. A little dated.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in, the carpet had dirt and moldy food found on it. The end tables were visibly dusty and the walls were visibly dirty. I would have given it zero stars if I could go any lower than 1.

The place is ginormous, intended for event hosting. Everything is far away, and it is hard to imagine a wedding there. The host was very friendly and carried our bags from one end of the place to the other. Room was clean but the rest was scruffy

I had high hopes since I'm a single mommy & brought my 3 very young boys with me! The arcade room (which needs major upgrades), pool, hot tub, wake pool & playground were a big hit for my boys yet cleanliness wasnt always met according to ny standards in some areas of hotel (missing toliet paper in bathrooms near pool). But we just powered through the bad parts & enjoyed spending the time together as a family the way we know how best, with fun & laughter!!!!
