"Just going to hit the obvious stuff. Dorm rooms seem bigger. Sticky spot under the desk. Refrigerator coils were frozen over with ice and it whirred all night. The sheets were stained. The lights in the parking lot were like it was noon all night, even with shades down the light around the edges was bright! The bathroom sink had something like bread dough in it. The bathtub at first glance is quite nice, but it was slippery to stand on while showering. The bed was a 7” mattress with very little support. My second night back to the hotel, the amount of illegal smoking substances present in the lobby and hallways were enough to get a second hand smoke “mellow” feeling in my room overnight. Not sure I can blame that on the property but, it was mentionable. However, air conditioner worked great!"

"So many problems. The parking lot being closed for over a year is absolutely unacceptable, especially for the handicapped. Guest are to park in the hospital parking lot and walk at least a quarter mile with all of their luggage just to check in. With the number of transients, horrible lighting, and lack of care from staff, safety is compromised for guests. Rooms are severely outdated with peeling wallpaper and mold. Thermostats in the rooms do not work and are just there for show because the heating and air conditioning is an old system that is single source controlled. This is leading to the mold growth and musty smell. Frankly considering this hotel serves a major trauma center, it is absolutely ridiculous the property is in such a run down state."

"Ok for one night…would not stay again. Stains on the blankets, micro pillows and you better be below average size to fit in the bathroom. Nothing as advertised. The halls were dark and musty smelling…I couldn’t imagine having a conference here."
