"Overall it was a good option and would go back. A few things to note. If you’re in a low floor in the Palm Tower you can use the stairs. Elevator services rooms, restaurant and car park and takes forever to arrive. No recycling whatsoever. And no concern of staff “just throw the plastic bottles in the garbage”. They leave 6 new bottles in your room every day and despite the efforts to protect the waterways, mangroves, sea life all around. The hotel is not on board with sustainability practices, One girl at front desk quite rude. Everyone else lovely. Music too loud at tiki bar!"
