Very nice hotel

I enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. There’s a lot to do in the area and great food and shopping choices. I do want to comment on the lack of a hospitality area or room. I asked if there was a microwave and the person directed me to one around the corner, and after taking a stroll to find it, (the hotel is massive) I noticed a microwave just sitting on a table in the middle of hallway with nothing around except the conference room. As nice of a hotel this is, or at least I thought it is… this is unacceptable.

We came back to this property because our first visit back in September was very pleasant. We unfortunately couldn't say the same about this visit. The receptionist was dismissive and made us wait without excusing herself or explaining what exactly it was we were waiting for after a 3 hour trip. We waited about 10 minutes, only to get an unfriendly check in. The room itself had technical issues that we shared with the manager in the morning, she was kind and promised to credit our account with points.
