Every one was so nice and accommodating. Room and beds were very comfortable. The only thing is the road in front is a mess but not their fault. I would definitely stay here again.

Construction in progress inside and out, yet no notification. Breakfast was moved from lobby (under construction) to a empty room - staff did not communicate new location. Dry wall dust everywhere. Gym and Pool Closed with no notification. Room floor was dirty - wiped with towel and towel was black. Holes in room interior door and walls. Staff stated that no extra towels (they were backordered) - we had 2 sets of towels in room. NO roll away bed - staff stated that they threw them out. Stains on room couch, desk chair arms ripped. Awful Awful Awful. The hotel was full and offered no credit or refund based on the poor condition of the hotel.

They were renovating and everything had dust on it. All our bed blsnkets were stained. The pool was closed and had been for years but their website still has pictures of it being open and nothing noted on the site that it is closed. That is the main reason we chose this hotel was so my children could swim in the indoor pool. In our room the tv did not work. Door of the bathroom was stained and not been cleaned. The toilet seat was broken. Also the access door to the ac duct and electric motor was not locked. Very big safety hazard for children in the room. Will not ever stay there again and will recommend others to not stay there either.

Towels were not adequately stocked, no bath towels. Toilet backed up had to clear myself after getting pluger from front desk. Floor and desk had some sort of sticky residue on it

My friend and I checked in and went to dinner. When we came back the door was cracked and someone was in the room. The room had been booked to them and us. The night clerk could not figure out how to fix it even with a call to someone. We finally just switched key cards with the other guests, somewhat hesitantly. The clerk said she would note it. The morning clerk Tianna [sp] told us the room we were in had been checked out. We explained to her the situation but she did not seem to understand and became rude. I asked to speak to the manager and we came to the desk. She had him on speaker. He was even more rude. Hoping she had finally recitfied the nightmare, I began to feel hesitant about spending another night. After contacting the travel company, the hotel did agree to refund the current night and we went and found a better hotel. This hotel has cleanliness issues, also. I have pictures of issues in the fitness center and elevator. I do not recommend.
