Unsanitary conditions, rat infestation, hot tub didn’t work. Property issued a fraction of the booking as refund which I am yet to receive a month later. I am now playing ping pong between the property and Expedia to see where my refund is as both claim ignorance.

We had an amazing stay. The property was spacious and had lots of activities to keep the kids busy. The drive up the mountain was a bit scary the first time. But my minivan made it and we were coming from flat country driving. It didn’t take long to master the mountains. We loved the hot tub. The pinball machine was a blast. My 70 year-old dad beat some records! We all loved the pinball machine. We had a tiny issue with plumbing, but the company representing this home was super easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond. When I was looking for a place to stay in, I relied highly on the reviews and they did not fail me. I would love to stay at this place again.
