The room was very clean staff was very nice the only complaint that I would have is room was on the second floor all the way to one end and the bathroom stayed freezing the entire time it was so cold and the door was very hard to operate had trouble getting in. Besides that is a great room great location and everything.

The rooms were very nice the only unfortunate thing was the pool in the hot tub was down while we were there but they did send us to their sister property up the street and we got to use their pull amenities but they didn't have a hot tub there.

The room was nothing like the pictures on the travel sites. The carpet needed steam cleaning to remove stains. The doors did not seal well, could still see light from the outside. The bathroom room ceiling needed attention due the spots of mold and mildew. The room keys kept losing their programming so I had to go several times to get them reprogrammed. The staff while for the most part were nice, on one occasion while having the keys reprogrammed they were not thrilled with having to do it. They then told me that an iPhone will unprogram the keys. So it sounds to me like they need to update their systems.
