The host, Shelby was very responsive through the whole process. We were happy with the accomodations. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The game room had many options for entertainment. The view and sunsets were awesome!

This cabin is better than the listing. Very clean and a wonderful location. It’s about 15-20 minutes from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Game room is very nice. Outside fire pit is great. The 2 decks with amazing views and sitting options.

What a fabulous home in a gorgeous setting! This property is absolutely as described and pictured and includes all of the amenities you'd want in a vacation home. Super clean, incredibly comfy beds, and stunning views. Communication with the host was always quick and helpful (we especially loved the recommendation of The Wag Social in Sevierville for our pup). The drive up to Coyote Cabin was quite vertical and winding (which took a little getting used to for people from Indiana - the flatest of flatlands). That said, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!

Cabin was great. Very clean. Loved the fireplace and game room. Appreciated the baby gates to keep our dogs contained in the room we were in. Only complaint is although the cabin is dog friendly, there is no area on site for the dogs to use. We had to cross the road to find a spot. Overall, definitely recommend.

Coyote Cabin was fantastic! Very bright and homey, well thought out and good location. The cabin had many enjoyable options. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck areas and views along with sitting around the fire pit at night. There are multiple inside seating areas to relax or play pool/cards/games as an alternative to the outdoors. It’s an awesome getaway for adults or for a family vacation. Close proximity to downtown and very good communication with the property owners. Would definitely stay here again!

House was exceptionally clean. I have stayed at mini rentals, and I always feel like they’re a little bit dirty. This was spotless. Outside was a tiny bit messy, but in the Smokies that’s hard not to have bugs and dust and stuff on the deck. A couple of the blinds do not work, including the downstairs bedroom. Pay attention, there are no dressers in the pictures, and there are no dressers when you get there. Just something we missed. House was lovely, location was lovely, so several pairs on the way to and from the rental. View is limited, but exactly as shown and beautiful. Shuffleboard, pool, arcade was fantastic, as was one of the puzzles. For the Price, this was perfect.Also, Cloud nine was exceptionally great to deal with. Communicate well, share all the information in a very organized way, and provide you with plenty of items once you get there. We will definitely try to stay with them again when we return..

Perfect family fun

This property was great. They always responded to me within minutes of messaging them. The floor plan was perfect for our group. They have retractable gates at the top and bottom of the stairs on every floor. great for small children and/or pets.My husband and I stayed on the ground floor (middle floor), master bedroom and master bathroom, kitchen, living room, pantry and half bath. The grill area was right off of the kitchen. The floor above was perfect for the girls, bedroom and bathroom and lounge area with sofa (not sure if it was a pull out) and tv. Top floor was perfect for the girls also, bc there was more privacy than the bottom floor. The bottom floor was perfect for the boys in our group, although we all enjoyed it! The bottom floor stayed busy,it has poker table, pool table, shuffle board, arcade game, large sofa (I think a pull out). This is a big area, there is a tv in front of the couch and a tv over the shuffle board. If playing any of the games you should be able to see the either tv. Bottom floor also has bedroom with full bathroom, laundry closet and access to the deck with fire pit and the hot tub, both were very enjoyable. Our first day we visited the community pool, they had, two large pools and a hot tub, ping pong, tennis, pickle ball, and basketball. (Tennis, pickle ball & basketball they had items available, you just have to put a deposit and get your cash back once you return the items.) we only visited one pool area. I think they had 3.

Great spot between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. House was a lot bigger than it looks in photos. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Showers kitchen were great. We will be back.
Fire pit was the best spot to hang out.

Wonderful stay in Smoky Mountains!!

The cabin was exactly as described! It was our first time to Tennessee from California. Here are all the things we recommend while in Gatlinburg. Skypark was very pretty and worth walking the suspension bridge. I’m afraid of heights but managed fine! Beautiful views! We also went to Anakeesta for zip lining and Astra Lumina. Great time zip lining for the first time and the light show was magical. The house was in a very beautiful setting, the beds were super comfy and lastly…we saw lots of bears on this trip!! Did not disappoint! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Mountain top luxury

Exactly as described, we had an excellent stay and would love to be back. Pretty setting in a modern spacious super clean very new feeling 3 level cabin with a real sense of quality at every turn. About 20 mins to closest grocery & hiking trail. Cabin is just off a steep twisty mountain road that provides pretty views in the distance, but could night time driving a bit tense. Our 2 doggies loved it as well except very limited green places to walk the pups, we still made it work fine.

Spring Break Stay

Perfect cabin getaway near Dollywood and SMNP. Having 3 primary bedrooms was very nice for everyone to spread out and have their own space. At the same time, there are ample common areas throughout. Everything is neat, clean, organized, with plenty of easily accessible information and guides. Would happily stay again

Great place in the mountains

This is a stunning property. Very well stocked kitchenware - no pantry items, so make sure you bring everything, including salt and pepper. It is a very, very windy road into Gatlinburg. I wish we would have had groceries delivered - so plan ahead for that because there are not great grocery options.Beds were super comfortable and everything looked exactly like the pictures - absolutely stunning. Would stay here again for sure.

Smokies getaway

Cloud 9 did a great job with this property. We enjoyed the multiple gas fires, the towels/linens were high quality and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub and game room was an added bonus. I would recommend this house.
