Property was beautiful with stunning views, But we did have issue. We had a late check in. We couldn’t find sheets for the fold out bed upstairs. This bed was consider the second bedroom. We did take a quick look in the closet in the main bedroom and found garbage bags on the shelf that looked to be just covers. We just used our blankets and would address the issue when we got up. Went to take a shower and couldn’t find the second set of towels for the bathroom in the loft. We ended up founding them in the dryer. The hot tub wasn’t full but useable. The outside fire-pit was out of propane. My husband had to switch the tank. The fireplace in the house needed new batteries in the remote as it wouldn’t start at all. We called Anastasia and sent a video of the trouble of the fireplace, her/husband response back was push the button one time with a LOL reply. These complaints are minor issue that shouldn’t have been a complaint at all. The cleaning person should have towels folded and put in place. Hot tub should have the proper amount of water for use. All propane tanks should be useable for start up with out being changed by customer. We understand tanks go out but the tank for the fire pit was completely out. Anastasia was good about getting back and her husband did come by when we were gone to look at the fire pit and fireplace. (Have similar) Her follow up was everything was working proper as if we were to stupid to operate the fire-pit and fireplace, hot tub wasn’t filled.
