We had a family Christmas at the cabin. The accommodations were very comfortable and homey. My family is very into playing games together so the downstairs game room was perfect for us.The outdoor fireplace and hot tub were cozy additions to our weekend getaway. We were able to cook a family dinner for 10 with the majority of cooking being done with cabin provided amenities and all sit down at the table comfortably together. The drive to Gatlinburg takes about 15 minutes and is a beautiful drive. I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone wanting a modern yet homey getaway to Gatlinburg TN.

My group had an amazing stay at the Ski View Lodge. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. I also liked that the kitchen was fully stocked. The host was very quick to respond anytime we had questions. I would come back and recommend anyone to come and stay at ski view.

Parking is tight, there are three spaces, but I recommend only two vehicles due to the driveway to the parking spot.Everything else was great and as advertised. I was really impressed by the utilization of the space to truly host and interact as a group (spaces allowed for the whole group to sit together and didn't have to move anything around).

Beautiful home with a great layout that provided private bedroom and bathrooms and ample space for relaxing and dining. Loved the decks and especially the fire pit. The game room was fun, living room comfortable and hosts both kind and responsive. Everyone in our cousin reunion group loved it. Other than maybe having a box of simple chair pads available for the fabulous, but hard, outdoor furniture, and a towel rack or hooks and a small dresser added to a couple of the bedrooms, it was perfectly wonderful!

Was a great property. Loved the bedrooms, game room and patios.Didn’t like the close proximity of the apartment complex. A lot of transient individuals in and out of the apartment complex. One evening someone was clearly smoking marijuana on the road above the driveway when we pulled in. Also, tremendous amount of construction going on which created unwanted noise created by large trucks moving up and down the road.

We had the most amazing time celebrating my parents’ 60th anniversary here! Once we made it up the winding mountain roads, we found this cabin to be the perfect place for our big family—everyone had their own room and bathroom, which made it so comfortable. We spent hours in the game room playing pool, shuffleboard and all kinds of games, then ended our nights in the hot tub or sitting by the firepit, listening to our cousin play guitar on the porch. It was truly a blessing and gave us memories we’ll never forget. One surprise—be sure to keep your car doors locked… we actually saw a bear open the neighbor’s car doors…crazy! We would highly recommend this cabin to any family looking for the perfect place to relax, have fun, and make memories together

We had a great stay! Beautiful views, great location close to Gatlinburg and the national park. The hot tub, balconies, and access to community pools were a huge plus. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. We brought a few extra kitchen items from home which helped, but overall the cabin had what we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Mountainside Haven

While nestled across from the ski slopes and near other cabins, the placement on the ridge gave us only the Smokies to gaze upon - perfect!The 6 bedrooms, each with its own full bath, plus all the amenities, gave us a family retreat for the ages. Only slipped into the city for some bbq. If you want a place secluded where you just want the fun of cooking and games and family stories, this is it. (Yes, there were plenty of TVs, but with pool, Pac-Man, poker, and a fire table on the porch, we didn’t even do a movie night.

A Perfect Getaway in Gatlinburg!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this Vrbo property in Gatlinburg, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the cozy ambiance of the cabin. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals when we didn’t want to dine out. The living area was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.One of the highlights was the outdoor space. We loved the hot tub and the peaceful deck area where we could enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The location was also ideal—close enough to the attractions of Gatlinburg but far enough to enjoy some tranquility.The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in the Smoky Mountains. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing view and gorgeous house

We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed, games, hot tub, amazing view, and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. The only downside would be all the stairs, that’s if you have elderly people or little ones. They do provide gates which is very helpful. Also, the dishwasher doesn’t seem to wanna wash the dishes very well.. besides that very happy with our choice.

Amazing Stay

This was our second stay at this house and we would not stay anywhere else in Gatlinburg. It’s perfect for a large group and offers enough space for everyone to enjoy. We love the fire pit on the lower deck and watching the tram car go to and from Ski Mountain. The house is well cared for and very clean. It has every amenity you can think of. Book it- you won’t be sorry!

Ma's Yearly Birthday Trip

My family and I have been taking a yearly trip, every March over the past five years, for my mother's birthday. We have been to several places (including Seattle, New Orleans, Ohio, and Tennessee). This stay, BY FAR, was our most enjoyable. This was largely due to the excellent living arrangements we were able to enjoy. The space and set up of the house was ideal! Our party included individuals from 15yrs to 70yrs and everyone's needs and preferences were accommodated (scenery, comfort, privacy, common social areas, and plenty of of space). If we had to point out one of our favorite features of the house, we'd say the firepit on the lower patio was chef's kiss. Perhaps one of our favorite "perks" was NOT being asked to complete a list of chores before parting. While we alwas try to leave things tidy, we were more than happy to pay/tip housekeeping so that we could fully enjoy every final minute with family intstead of cleaning.
