Staff did a great job at properly placing people in rooms. There was a basketball tournament in town that I didn't know about when I was booking. Not gonna lie, I wasn't thrilled about being around loud kids but I figured it wasn't the end of the world if I was. Turns out I wasn't put anywhere near them! It was great! Great organization.

Staff did bare minimum on check in. Mentioned nothing about breakfast or pool. Checked us in and pointed us to room. Our room had chips and pretzels on the floor and the bathroom floor had hair everywhere. The laminate floor was falling apart and was honestly a tripping hazard. The shower head was hanging on by a thread, had to tighten it myself to stop leaking water. Went to see the breakfast in the morning and there was just a sign pointing to the breakfast area saying sports team breakfast. We assumed that meant it wasn’t for us as no one told us anything and we just went and got Tim’s. Check out staff also did bare minimum. Gave them the keys and stood there and he typed away and looked up and said I could leave. Didn’t ask about the stay or anything. I have stayed at worse looking places with much better and friendlier staff. Would not recommend. Only positive was it was near a great mall.
