The staff at the front desk is always friendly. The entrance and dining area are clean and look welcoming. We have stayed here several times when we visit our daughter. It appears to be a nice location as far as businesses around the hotel. This visit both elevators were not working. The ice machine on the second floor is not working. Our room #230, the refrigerator knob is missing and the temperature is stuck on high, freezing all our items inside. Door knobs are missing inside the bathroom. Our last visit the bathroom ceiling light was not working. The rooms need attention as far as repairs. The hotel itself is acceptable.

Clean, roomy, friendly staff, great breakfast. Had a room with a shared connecting door, neighbors were loud. Trying to get a receipt to turn in for work. Was supposed to get an email receipt. Have requested it and still don't have it. Will need to call La Quinta Inn Fort Worth City View hotel again.

Room was dirty at arrival. A lot of strange activity happening throughout the hotel. My daughter’s cheer team was there for competition and men were putting their ears on the peep holes to listen to the girls. Men Constantly walking around the hallways as well. So felt very unsafe. Also random individuals would come in to hotel lobby late at night and hangout and use the the hotel restroom. One person got arrested in the lobby as well.

I enjoyed my stay love staying at this hotel been there multiple times.. my only problem I had on this last trip is my first room. I had no hot water then I had to switch to another room. I had hot water that came from the faucet, but not the showerhead which caused me to have to take cold showers in the evening or have to fill up my tub with some warm water. I just hope that they have the water situation fixed before I come back. But other than that amazing place to say friendly down to earth all your needs are met

There wasn't any hot water during our 3 day stay. We got locked out of our room 2x. The breakfast was burnt. They double charged my card. I had to walk to Supercuts to wash my hair. I definitely will not be back to this location. It was horrible!
