Disappointing Property
At arrival, no check-in information was provided. I contacted the agent immediately and it was provided within 10 minutes. Upon entry, the unit was very cold. The agent was again contacted and he provided instructions on how to adjust the temperature. Multiple attempts were made, videos were sent to show what we were doing to try to adjust but there was no resolution. We had to wear our coats the whole evening. The next morning I reached out again to see if the owner had a solution and he said he would send someone to look. We did not ever see anyone come out to look, but the owner said they had someone look. They did not, however provide any solution to address the temperature. I went to make coffee for the morning and noticed significant mold in the water receptacle of the coffee maker. I immediately contacted the owner and they stated they would send a replacement coffee maker and a room heater. We stayed three nights and these items never showed up. The owner never checked in to see if items arrived. I had to text for every conern and it often took an hour to get a response. I called and he did not anwer. Finally, this listing advertised a hot tub, which was the primary reason we rented this unit. There was no hot tub at all. Not even a bathtub. I notified the owner of the discrepancy. Overall, very disappointed with this property and the response from the owner to assist. Would not recommend this property.
