Beautiful Condo just Minutes from the beach! Quaint 2 bedroom, 1 Bath sleeps 4! Open floor plan, with spacious living area and dining room that seats 4. Fully stocked kitchen with bar with seating! Master bedroom hosts a queen bed. Second bedroom hosts another Queen Bed- Huge closets in each bedroom!! Full Bath with tub/ shower!!! No elevators, small complex. Walk right up to your front door.12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
Very nice complex with a short walk to the Sugar White Sand and Emerald Green Waters of Okaloosa Island. Also a very short walk to the very popular Seafood Restaurant Stewby's, a locals favorite.

Exactly what we needed
The property was very clean and only a 2 minute walk in either direction for public beach access. The curtains were all black out/thick, not that we slept in, but they block out street lights and neighboring building lights. It was exactly what we needed for a long weekend!

Carpet had a pet Oder smell, but everything was clean. Location was not clear from the pictures, but beach was very close. We had no clue how to get to the beach or where to go. Maybe add a page to your book explaining where to go and other options to get to the beach.

Quiet, convenient location
This property is exactly as it appears in the ad. It was clean, provided all the necessities as well as a few extras. It is an easy walk to the beach, it’s located in a very quiet complex, and has easy access to FWB or Destin. I recommend this property if you don’t need/desire a beach view from your room.
