Fabulous renovation just completed! Brand new furnishings and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Tops'l Resort. Our 9th floor condo located on the east end of the Summit at Tops'l Resort is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. Just 200 yards to the sugar white sandy beach and a few steps to the tropical swimming pool.

The coastal chic living area is flooded with natural light, and is stylishly furnished in coastal décor with relaxation in mind. There is also a brand new couch for relaxing. The balcony is accessed through sliding glass doors, and offers impressive views of the resort and beach. Our fully stocked kitchen opens to the delightful dining area and breakfast bar seating.

The master suite is complete with a king bed, a private bath, and access to the balcony. With views towards the beach, the master suite is inviting and relaxing. Our guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds, and is serviced by a hallway full bathroom.

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort offers the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast! There are upscale restaurants and a beachside grill located on the property. Our rental includes use of the private swimming pool and hot tub at The Summit, the beachside swimming pool, access to the beach, and complimentary seasonal tram service and WIFI. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent seasonally on the beach.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

First time we have done a month stay. Our unit was very clean and updated and very comfortable. The beach is beautiful! Disappointed that the pool wasn’t warm. One night we had a 2 1/2 hour fire alarm. Overall we had a very good stay.

The unit was beautiful, as described on the website. However, I felt misrepresented by the $83 per-night cost for a 3-night stay. After the final reservation fees, the charge was over $870, which shocked me. In the end, I had buyer's remorse after signing the agreement. Vrbo needs to include the agency’s fees upfront instead of partial information.

quick get away that did not disappoint

This was our first visit to Destin and Topsi'l and It did not disappoint. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and had great views. The beach was a short 6 min walk and we had a pool right next to our building. We will be returning:)

This condo really needs a good, deep cleaning. The floors were dirty, and the rugs were not vacuumed. Both mattresses in the guest room were not comfortable. The furnishings are very nice. The location and view are wonderful, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very enjoyable week at this property. The beach is a manageable walk and the pool was beautiful. The view from the balcony is amazing, very peaceful and quiet. The condo has unobstructed views. Very clean and up to date. Because it is situated next to a beach reserve, you can escape the crowds and pretty much have the beach to yourself just yards from the beach entrance. We ventured out to a few cute towns just 30 mins east for amazing meals. One cafe/bar at beach pool and another at entrance to property. Tons more a mile down the road in an outdoor (pretty) mall.

Saved our vacation!!

We were evacuated from Orange Beach due to hurricane and had to scramble to find a place. We found this unit and reserved it online. The property manager was so wonderful and even got us in the unit a little early which saved our groceries from being ruined in the hot car. We could not have been more please with EVERYTHING!
