This has got to be the worst stay ever! Room was filthy! No working vending machines. Staff made us feel that we were inconveniencing them. Took a copy of my credit card which I made him destroy. Steer away!

The front desk agent was gross. Would bare speak above a wisper. She appeared as if she was sick and should have been in a hospital. Room and property are totally disgusting. Yellow towels, filthy rug, hasn't been vacuumed ever? Water trickeled out of the shower. The property is filthy and delapidated. This "hotel" should be torn down. There were boxes of personal items left by prior guests, that sat outside my room all day and night. 3am, I had to go to room above me and bang on door due to shouting and incredibly loud music. Paid $200.00 for the worst room and experience Ive ever had. This place should be taken off travilocity web site options! I wouldnt let my dog stay here. Totally gross.

Avoid at all costs, unsafe, did not stay. Trying to get $$ back. Upon parking, people in the car next to us doing drugs, sketchy people loitering everywhere. This must be why there is a TV behind the check-in counter displaying the 500 security cameras going on. Rooms smelled disgusting, bed not even made property, everything older than dirt. Disgusting.

Served our need for a night. Was NOT a no-smoking room which we requested and need for health reasons. Most were clean and presentable except for carpets not clean and maybe that was the basis of smoke residue.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

Room was dirty and smelled of smoke. i went back to front desk and mentioned it smelled and that i am a non smoker and i dont wasnt to get charged for violation of smoke in room. He said he would make note. He asked if i wanted housekeeping to spray freshener, but i declined as i figured the other rooms were similar or worse. When taking my luggage to room, a person, looking like a tweaker was apparently making drug deal at another room, out in the open. That night in the room, there was a couple of roaches in room. I let the front desk know but, it was not too concerning for them. This hotel is very sketchy and dirty. Stay at your own risk.
