We were just passing thru. The facility was fine- the room mechanicals were a little noisy. We left at 430am- my wife didn't grab a coffee in the lobby- she thought the area looked dirty.

I will say this hotel has potential to be a 5 star 10/10 but a few small things that need work! First the staff is amazing honestly I have never had great customer service from check in with Felix & Dane other night time staff (sorry if butcher names) but they were great! But my room , as I walk in it didn’t give me the wow factor as to the different color paints on the wall from previous damage, to my sheet having an old stain if they haven’t been changed. The shower also doesn’t get hot nor does the drains stay open which kinda gave me an uneasy shower turn bath kinda vibe. But overall 8/10 for sure. I didn’t get to use the pool there were a few families there but definitely next time it looked so fun.

No hot water

We were there for a hockey trip and missed the booking window so I used hotels.com there were no issues with the site the problem was there was no hot water in the shower multiple families had this issue and not usually a complainer but I do expect a hot shower for my son after playing multiple hockey games
