Overall, my stay was good, but the experience with Expedia’s booking process was quite disappointing. I had reserved two rooms a few weeks in advance; however, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that only one room was confirmed. They mentioned that payment for the second room had not been received from Expedia, even though I had already paid in full through the platform. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, and I had to wait for over an hour before the issue was resolved and I could finally check in to the second room.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights and I asked twice for them to clean the room and they didn’t. When I asked them to bring new sheets and I’ll change it they refused and told me to wait till tomorrow. He promised they would clean and change the sheets but nothing was cleaned or anything, I had to keep asking for bags and towels because no one would come and check up. HORRRIBLEEEE!!!!!
