Nice and clean studio apartment (queen bed) in a quiet residential area in the heart of Dania Beach. Minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport, New Dania Pointe Shopping Center, beaches, shops and dining. There is plenty of parking on the property and there is a coin laundry on the premises. Good property and location. It was very cold and the unit did not have centralized heat. The property manager provided a Space Heater once I notified him. Pleased with the overall experience. A more comfortable bed would have been nice.

Just what we needed

This property is just as it states in the listing, no surprises - communication with the host was excellent, studio was clean and well stocked and neighborhood was safe. Ample parking is included, there were plenty of linens and beach towels and it is a short ride to Dania and Hollywood beaches.

Overall great!

This listing is exactly as is. The host generously stocked the unit with toiletries, etc for a more pleasant 1 month stay. Super close to the airport (but I never heard a flyover), the beach, a casino down the street, and downtown ft. Lauderdale is mi uses away by car.
