Just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, this peaceful coastal retreat offers stunning Intracoastal Waterway sunsets, warm ocean breezes, and easy beach access.



Step onto your private balcony and watch sailboats drift along the Intracoastal as the sky turns brilliant shades of orange and pink. Mornings are perfect for a quiet beach walk, while afternoons invite you to relax beside the oceanview pool or enjoy a match on the tennis or pickleball courts.

This property will allow up to two dogs (no cats) under 25 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval. All guests must complete required paperwork and acknowledge pet rules prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider. No RVs, trailers, boats, or motorhomes are allowed on site.

There are laundry machines in the building which are coin-operated. (Bill changer in the lobby area).

You will receive one master key that gives access to the building and the pool area (lost key will result in a $100 charge).
