"We stayed 6 nights and housekeeping never visited our room. It states that they visit after the third night. We had to request more towels. Also, the thermostat did not work correctly. I am glad that we only slept there and did not spendy any actual time at the property."

"We had to change our rooms 3 times due to cleaning issues, however the front desk and staff were extremely kind to me and accommodating to every concern. Once we got our room situated, it was an amazing stay. Due to the staff, I would go back for sure. However, the cleaning crew should definitely do a better job, for be guests."
