"Room was clean, staff were friendly. Shower was great. Bed was terrible. Hard as a rock and advertised a queen bed but a small queen, possibly a full. The terrible bed ruined the night sleep making for very tired driving with back and neck aches for most of the day"

"We could not believe how great this hotel was, especially given how affordable it was. The building has a cool, unique look and the room we got (a double queen) was enormous. The beds and couches/seats were comfortable, the shower was nice, and we had a balcony looking out over the city. The hotel also had an actually good gym (not what we see in most hotels which is usually just a treadmill or two) and the breakfast was excellent. We were just disappointed that we were only driving through and couldn't stay for more than one night."

"Overall, this was a good stay. The hotel is very close to the hospital and other services, all within walking distance. There are also several excellent coffee shops, breakfast spots, and bakeries just a few blocks away. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very helpful throughout the stay. The only real downside was the breakfast. While it was generally in line with what you would expect from a typical traveler’s continental breakfast, it could have been better. They did have waffle makers, but the bacon was particularly disappointing and tasted like cardboard, which did not match the otherwise solid quality of the hotel. For travelers just looking for something quick before heading out, the breakfast is probably adequate. However, guests staying for hospital visits or longer stays may prefer to venture out for a more substantial breakfast."
