Forgot to tell us at check in that there was no maid service. No garbage pick up unless you called them. Same as towels sheets etc Motel it self was clean quite and right off freeway

I understand and sorry about housekeeping...With Covid still being an issue, especially in Idaho. We try to keep exposure to a minimum, to protect our guests and staff. Trash and towels are done everyday and regular service done at the request of the guest.

They couldnt find our prepaid reservation. Then insisted we made it for the following week despite having confirmation for the correct dates. no money was spent on any sound proofing. You heard everythig below, above, both sides, in the hall, and across the hall. Our ac smelled like someone peed in it. But it was cheap.
