The price was great. However, the outside need a trash pick up and a power wash. The exterior structure is falling apart. Dirty stains on the carpets and a big hole on the ceiling next to the elevator. In the room the view facing the waterfall was great but much trash was left under both beds and in the couch bed from previous guests. When the staff was notified of trash, they were apathetic at best. The smell of the room was not pleasant. The hot breakfast in the morning was good.

The view of the river and falls was amazing. I loved the location and how easy it was to enjoy the beauty outside. We stayed for 3 nights and they were out of nearly everything at breakfast, no matter what time we went. There was no hot food because of Covid-19, but they had a hard time keeping the yogurt and muffins and bagels stocked which was quite annoying. I didn’t like having to walk through a parking lot and another hotel to get to the pool. And the hot tub was broken while we were there so that was disappointing. The staff at the front desk were always so kind and helpful. I would probably stay there again.

Great location by the river. Unique room design provided extra space for our family of 5. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great views. Condition of the hotel seem a little run-down, but price per value, matched expectation.

The hotel's round shape was distinctively different and a nice change from the typical hotel. The staff was nice and friendly (I was surprised the hotel did not require them to wear a uniform.) The entire property needed some TLC. While it was all tidy, some things we noticed needed help, such as worn outdoor carpet, the pull-out couch mattress had some blood stains on it, the breakfast was slim, and the pool was a walk from the hotel and needed some work.
