Pubic hair stuck on the ceiling in bathroom along with boogers. The glass door looking out over the balcony of pigeons has a film that you can see through if you move just perfect. Never again will I stay at this dump ! Absolutely disgusting. Just a FyI, when painting remove the wallpaper boarder before painting over painting. Who does that !

My room was infested with bugs so they moved me to another room, also had bugs…then admitted to me they were having an infestation. The second room was super dirty ..toilet was filthy… they had to send someone to clean the room. Hotel was in general not clean or cared for. Would absolutely never stay there again.

Very spacious and comfortable

Older hotel, but very nice being across the way from the river. The king room was very spacious! Stayed on top floor so it was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Looked like all the rooms had a very small balcony but was so nice to sit outside.

Cool place to stay.

It was a little hard to find because the sign out front has a different name. Had to call the hotel to confirm the location. The building is cool and in an excellent location along the greenbelt. We had a rough day so fiance picked up food from Chili's that was right by the hotel. The place was clean and they have been recently remodeled. There were options for breakfast but it seemed like the breakfast area was too small. It was packed. The waffle mix literally had a consistency of water. On the second day they were out of basically everything.

Comfort Suites Idaho Falls was excellent! The service was vey friendly, and it was fast. The hotel is in walking distance from downtown. There was a farmer’s market on Saturday, when we first arrived! It was awesome! Our balcony looked right over the river and we saw the most beautiful sunrises.
