The room was clean and the lady that checked us in was very pleasant. That’s when it turned bad. We were instructed to park our diesel truck and trailer in a different location .a lot next to the freeway. there’s no parking space for large trucks. in the morning, we discovered the diesel cap was off and at least a quarter of our diesel have been siphoned out. There was no cameras watching that space but yet we had to park our vehicle out there. thankful that they didn’t steal the entire truck and trailer. Because of their decision to park out into an area that wasn’t protected. we would like reimbursement of the Diesel that was siphoned out because of their decision. Their decision turned us into victims, reported it to the clerk desk. She said it never happened before which I find hard to believe. And that seemed to be the end of the conversation we stay at Motel six every time we travel.

This worked out well for me. It’s quite conveniently located for access to downtown IF and the riverfront walks are neat. They had hot coffee ready every morning in the lobby. My room was clean and ground level so I could see my truck. The desk people are nice and helpful. There’s a coin op laundry room that I didn’t use but might have had I gone another day. I was there two nights for a conference. Only downside was the TV had no sports channels so I had to go out to watch my game at a bar. Numerous good restaurants in the general area. I leaned to Culver’s as I was pretty busy and it was fast! Museum was a worthwhile stop.
