My non-smoking room smelled of smoke and I had to run the air conditioner constantly to attempt to get rid of the smell. The room had the smallest toilet I've ever seen and the breakfast selection was poor. All of this was compounded by the fact that the housekeeping staff was MIA for my entire 5 day stay. I will not be staying here again.

We are terribly sorry we fell short on expectation. We do have a sign in the room letting the guests know they can call the front desk and request room service. I will escalate this to upper management and work on some training with our crew to prevent this mishap. Thank you for letting us know.

Bed very hard & uncomfortable. Both bed lights were not functioning. Bathroom basin plug did not work. Hair in the shower that had not been cleaned. Dining room at 6:15 a.m. had not been swept or mopped. Likely I will not stay there again.

Very long line at checkin (20 min), the front desk was dealing with a lot of issues from other customers. Bugs in the room. Bathroom light & fan made such a terrible racket, we couldn't bare it, and showered in the dark. Outside the hotel that night, I took my dog for a little walk, and in the direct vicinity of the hotel were several people sleeping on the ground, one even at the back dumpster. The environment didnt feel safe outside at night.

When I got to the property to check in I was told by the front desk that Travelocity overbooked this hotel and they had no rooms. I was told by front desk that when I made my reservation they were already sold out and Travelocity should never have sold this room. I was traveling with three young children and unable to find another room, we had to sleep in our car at a rest stop. When I called Travelocity for a refund I have been told they will look into it and let me know in 7 days. WILL NEVER USE TRAVELOCITY AGAIN!! Horrible customer service after their mistake.

Went through three rooms before ultimately leaving in early hours of the morning. First room had no linens and freezer with so much frost doors couldn’t be shut. Second room smelled like a bar. Keep in mind these are smoke free rooms and you sign a waiver stating you’ll pay $625 to clean room if you smoke in it. Third room drains didn’t work ac filter had mold growing out of it. Toilet, tub and sink were filthy. Hall way outside of roomed smelled like mildew, was poorly light and was dirty. The hotel staff failed to shut down a party outside my window with about 20 individuals dancing in the parking lot blasting loud music. This continued from 3-5am. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
